Kennesaw State University to Merge with Southern Polytechnic State University in Georgia

Part of a broader effort at consolidating higher education institutions in Georgia, Southern Polytechnic State Universityis expected to be merged into Kennesaw State University. Both are four-year institutions and will have a combined enrollment of more than 31,000 students.
