Kevin Cavanagh has been a leader in the higher education industry for over 25 years. Kevin has served as the chief enrollment officer of five institutions: Manhattan College, Iona University, The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, The College of New Rochelle, and Bloomfield College. In addition to his enrollment management positions, Kevin was the Executive Vice President at The College of New Rochelle and Vice President of Institutional Integration at Bloomfield College. In both roles, Kevin oversaw each institution's pursuit of strategic merger and/or teach-out partners, with New Rochelle successfully teaching out with Mercy University, and Bloomfield successfully merging with Montclair State University. Kevin has previously been a member of the Executive Board of the New York Association of College Admissions Counseling, as well as a faculty member for NYSACAC's Summer Institute. He has also served as an elected State Delegate representing New York at NACAC's National Assembly. In 2014, The Irish Echo recognized him for his contribution to the higher education industry by naming him to its list of 40 under 40. Kevin has presented at multiple national conferences on the complexities of mergers and partnerships in higher education.
