Currently serving as the Controller at St. Peter's University, Cindy has played a pivotal role in significant milestones, including the Bloomfield College/Montclair State University merger, where she served as Bloomfield College's Chief Financial Officer.

With over three decades of dedicated service at Bloomfield College, Cindy's journey has been marked by versatility and commitment. Starting as a Bursar, she progressed through finance roles, including Controller and CFO, while also contributing her expertise to Information Technology, Institutional Advancement, Financial Aid, and International Programs. Stepping into the role of CFO during Bloomfield College’s quest for a merger partner, Cindy skillfully navigated the financial landscape, ensuring a balanced budget and safeguarding cash reserves throughout the merger process. Her ability to discern and address the unique requirements of each department, all while adhering to stringent spending constraints, became the cornerstone of her expertise.

Cindy's skill set is comprehensive, covering financial modeling, budgeting, resource allocation, cash management, investments, risk management, Human Resources, Payroll, and Information Services and Technology. Her leadership and strategic planning abilities have been instrumental in shaping fiscal strategies that ensure stability and growth. She served as board liaison for the Investment, Finance, and Audit committees of the Board of Trustees.
